| ExtrasForMovies.com receives hundreds of emails everyday from users all over the world. Most ask questions that are already answered if only they would READ what is posted on the website. Even though we have taken the time to post questions and answers on our site, we still receive questions already answered and incorrect submissions because a user did not take the time to READ. When a new member signs up, we require specifically to READ the instructions before signing up. It appears that less that 24% actually READ this page, the rest simply ignore our request, only to send us numerous emails asking questions that are already answered. This increases the time staff have to spend on answering questions that are already addressed on the website. Please, when signing up for online services and before you waste everyone's time, simply READ all you can before contacting customer service. We are here to assist you with questions that are not addressed on our website. It will help keep costs down in staff time and make you appear more responsible in how you conduct yourself professionally. |
