FISHMONGER FILMS & GLD ENTERPRISES ANNOUNCE NEW FILM PROJECT

Fishmonger Films in association with GLD Enterprises & Productions and Rich Hoffman, author of the dramatic action novel "The Symposium of Justice,", have announced a new independent film project based on the book set to be released in June of 2007.

The independent project called "CLIFFHANGER," is based on the novel's main character; a futuristic freedom fighter in the spirit of Zorro and Batman but with a much darker twist.
Set in the near future, Cliffhanger, with his menacing bullwhip at his side, battles tyrants and a corrupt government which has used media and advertising to take over the lives of the general population and hopelessly snuffing out free thought and democracy.
The project's script, written by "Symposium" author, Rich Hoffman and Dan Trout, is complete and casting is now underway for various parts. The film's production crew is based in Ohio. The production staff will be headed up by lead photographer and owner of Fishmonger Films, Dan Trout. Because of the extensive whip work in the story, well-known master whip artist and instructor Gery L. Deer has been selected as the film's stunt coordinator.
