The EFM Forum allows members, staff and casting personnel to interact. The Forum publishes articles, members network, many provide tips and information and news through postings and hundreds of 3d party casting calls and auditions worldwide.
The forum maintains 3rd party auditions and casting calls, all EFM Gold members submit directly to the casting personnel who are seeking actors, actresses, models, extras and entertainers.
The EFM Gold is a free benefit to posted members (people who already maintain a photo or web page on EFM.)

There are 2 Ways to Post Your Profile on ExtrasForMovies.com
Find the listing type that's right for you!
1) State Listing: Get a state listing for only $10.00 a year and have your submission reviewed within 48 hours!
2) Your Own Web page: For only $25.00 per year. This customized profile features its own unique link, so casting agents can review your resume and photos in just one click! Each page allows up to 3 photos displayed, your stats and full resume. With your own web page, you will also be listed in the state page with a link to your personal profile. Members with full web page profile pages are viewed more often by casting personnel for.
NOTE: We cannot accept image resumes. All resumes MUST be in text format in either word document, text file or in the body of your email. Our database does not support image resumes. Do not submit .jpg resumes or image resumes. Text ONLY.

Do I need professional Photos? |
No, we do NOT require professional picture submissions in order to become a member on our site. Your photos can be a Polaroid, digital picture, professional photo or comp card.
Even though they don't have to be professional, your photos must meet the following criteria:
- The photo must be submitted in a jpeg format.
- Your photo(s) must be a minimum size of 150 pixels wide if you are displaying in the state section. If you are getting your own web page the photos you submit must be a minimum of 200 pixels wide or larger.
- The photo submitted must be clear and easy to see your face.
- The photo must only be of you, no other people.
- No glasses or face obstructing objects can be in the photo.
- The bigger the photo you submit the better, our staff will size for the type of lising or web page. If you send in pictures tht are too small or fuzzy, blurry or as indicated above. They will be rejected.
- Please follow instructions and read everthing you can to get the most out of your EFM membership.
Our staff when reviewing your photo will resize and crop accordingly and use head and shoulders for posting.
NOTE: You will be extended up to thirty (30) days after receipt of payment to provide us with photos and a completely filled out information form.
All fees paid will become non-refundable after thirty (30) days from receipt of payment regardless if your listing was created. It will be at the sole discretion of extrasformovies.com to require if you need to pay the fee again. If you decide to remove your listing after it is posted on the site, you may notify us via email. All payments for listing fees are non-refundable once your profile has been posted on the web site and you have approved the listing.

How do I get work from ExtrasForMovies.com |
There two ways to get work through ExtrasForMovies.com:
1- Visit the EFM Forum frequently to review and submit for projects in your area or anywhere in the country. You will NOT be notified of open calls, only audition requests that specify you personally will be forwarded to you via email.
2- If your photo or profile page is reviewed by a casting agent and they inquire about you personally for an audition, our staff will notify you via your email address with a copy of the request.
You must respond back to ExtrasForMovies that you received the call and notify us of the outcome. If you do not respond within 24 hours, your listing may be removed in order to insure all of our members are active and available for work projects .
Please Note: We do not guarantee you will get work from our site. It is not up to us who gets audition requests and inquiries. It is completely up to casting personnel seeking talent for their projects. We suggest you post your best photo, keep your email address updated and check back frequently for open casting calls.
We do not publish personal web sites or email addresses on our site. All communication and audition inquiries are directed to our casting department, where they are reviewed and then forwarded to the member to respond to personally to the person making the inquiry. How to Update Your Contact Information at ExtrasForMovies.com
1-TO UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION IN THE CASTING DATABASE:
When you signed up for ExtrasForMovies.com, you choose a user name and password.
Members are provided a log in to update their profiles via our new database on HandmeaLine.com. LOGIN HERE.
Keep your email address updated, if we are unable to contact you with audition inquiries, your profile will be deactivated.
Once you log in, you will have the ability to edit your profile photos, resume and contact informaton. . If you are having trouble or cannot remember your username or password, first clin on the lost password link which will email you a temporary password.

We provide a function for members to automatically update photos, and resume live on the site. EFM staff reviews everything before it appears on the web site and reserves the right on what contaent appears on the site. .

| If I enroll under the state listing, can I upgrade to a my own web page later on? |
Yes! You can always upgrade to your own web page http://www.extrasformovies.com/yourname and have your own online resume. The fee is only $25.00 for one year regardless if you have already paid for a state listing.

| Animal Actors |
| Animal actors are listed in the same manner as people. You can purchase a category listing (animal actors) for only 10.00 a year or get a full webpage 25.00 a year to display more photos and resume (if any) of your pet. You can use the link http://www.extrasformovies.com/yourpetname (full webpage) to send to anyone to preview photos of your pet online. |
Why is my private email address not listed on my web page or listing? |
We do NOT list display emails on member web pages or listings. All inquiries are directed to our casting department for review and processing. We do this for quality control. We make sure the member is available and responding to casting inquiries. THat the casting director is legitimate as well as monitor who is using our website. All members will provide private contact information to any casting director upon receiving the email sent by EFM casting department and then can respond accordingly.

I submitted my listing and I am not listed. |
There are several reasons that your listing may not be posted including:
1- Your email address was entered incorrectly. We must have an active email address in order to be able to send you casting inquiries. If you did not receive an automatic email submission confirmation after you submitted you must contact us with a correct email address.
2- Your photo was could not be opened by our staff.
3- Your photo was not submitted in the proper format, size or there was more than one person in the photo you submitted. We do NOT post photos with more than one person.
4- Your first and last name as well as state were not included in the subject line of your email when submitting your photo.
5 -You did not submit the form properly.
6- You have not responded to our emails, confirmations, audition inquiries or you did not follow up with the results of casting calls you received from our web site.
7- Your photo was too blurry, cut off or not clear.
8- We never received part or all of your submission.
9- There is no guarantee that you will be listed. ExtrasForMovies.com reserves the right to decide who appears on our web site. If you paid for a listing and did not get listed, click here to email us to get the status of your refund.

| My state is not listed on your site. |
New states are added as our staff reviews submissions. When a new submission is received in a state we do not currently have listed on the site, it will be added when talent is accepted to be posted for that area.

| Do you charge a fee when I receive work? |
ExtrasForMovies.com does not charge a fee or percentage of the work you receive from our site. We are not a talent agency. We do REQUIRE that if you receive a casting call, audition or work from our site personally or through our open call section that you advise us. If you do not adhere to this requirement, your listing may be removed.

I just submitted my information and listing and I do not see it on the web site. |
ExtrasForMovies.com reviews everything manually in order to keep the integrity of our web site. We do not allow members to upload to our site without this manual process. it generally takes 24-48 hours to see your listing online, Once your materials are reviewed and approved and posted, you will receive a notification to review and edit your listing.

I was listed, now my listing is no longer on your site |
If you were accepted and posted on the web site and now it has been removed, most likely you did not confirm your listing when notified or you did not keep us updated on casting calls inquiries that were sent to you, or your email address is no longer active.
It takes time to post new members and if we sent you casting calls and you did not advise us of the outcome, or respond to casting calls you will be removed. We strive to provide casting directors with members that are available for work. If you do not respond back to us the you received the call, then we assume you are no longer available for auditions and we will have to deactivate your listing.
If we send you a call and the email comes back to us as undeliverable, you will be deleted. If you want to be reinstated on our site, you will have to pay the listing fee again in order to be reconsidered for a new posting.

| How do you submit for auditions? |
There is NO guarantee that a posted member will receive any audition inquiries. Some members receive inquires right away, others after months of posting on the site. In the event you are requested personally for a project, you will receive the material and qualification requirements directly from the casting person inquiring via our casting department. ExtrasForMovies.com does not display personal contact email addresses. All inquires are routed to our casting department for review and then forwarded to the member via email.
ExtrasForMovies.com maintains a large "Open Call" casting area in the EFM Forum. This area is open to all users of the site after approval process.
Members must first get approved to enter the member only forum to view and submit for casting calls that are being posted on our web site,
